The Curriculum · 8 Tracks

Eight tracks. One transformation.

Each Ninja Track starts with a Sparky-Mishap — a relatable disaster every child recognises. Then the Mindy-Move unlocks the real-world skill hidden inside the chaos.

🤖

AI Ninja

🔵 Blue Belt AI literacy · Critical thinking · Precision prompting
Sparky-Mishap

Sparky lets AI do all his homework — and gets nonsensical hallucinations instead of answers. He submits them proudly.

Mindy-Move

Mindy teaches “Precision Prompting” and human logic. AI is a tool — it needs clear human guidance to work.

Outcome: AI is powerful but requires human oversight. Children learn to prompt clearly, question outputs, and stay in charge.
🧘

Steady Ninja

⚫⚪ Black & White Belt Focus · Self-regulation · Mindfulness · Breathwork
Sparky-Mishap

Sparky gets overwhelmed by 100 ideas at once and loses all focus — running in circles until he crashes.

Mindy-Move

Mindy introduces the “Breathing Technique of Stillness.” Structure turns overwhelm into presence.

Outcome: Children learn to regulate their own energy — turning scattered thoughts into clear action.
🌍

Eco Ninja

🟢 Green Belt Sustainability · Systems thinking · Circular economy
Sparky-Mishap

Sparky tries to save the forest by eating all the litter at once — and makes things dramatically worse.

Mindy-Move

Mindy explains the “Cycle of Nature” and circular economy. Small, systemic actions compound into real change.

Outcome: Sustainability is about systems, not single heroic acts. Children develop circular thinking.
💰

Wealth Ninja

🟡 Yellow Belt Financial literacy · Needs vs wants · Investment · Compound interest
Sparky-Mishap

Sparky spends all his Ninja Coins on one golden gadget — and has nothing left for what actually matters.

Mindy-Move

Mindy introduces the “Treasure Chest” saving principle.

Outcome: Delayed gratification, investment vs consumption, visual understanding of compound growth.

Offline materials: Needs vs Wants Shuriken Sorting Game · Sparky's Ninja Village (cooperative board game) · Compound Interest Tree craft.

🔍

Truth Ninja

Belt TBD Media literacy · Source verification · Algorithm awareness
Sparky-Mishap

Sparky sees an ad for a “Flying Potion,” buys it with all his pocket money, and jumps out of a tree.

Mindy-Move

Mindy shows him the “Magnifying Glass of Truth.” Three questions: Who is saying this? What are they trying to sell? Is there proof?

Outcome: Children can cut through noise, verify sources, and understand algorithmic incentives.
💪

Bounce-Back Ninja

Belt TBD Resilience · Growth mindset · Frustration tolerance · The power of “Yet”
Sparky-Mishap

Sparky tries a backflip, falls three times, throws his headband down: “I'm stupid, I'll never learn this!”

Mindy-Move

Mindy introduces the word “Yet.” (“I can't do it yet.”) Offline: a Mistake Journal celebrating “Learning Points.”

Outcome: Children build frustration tolerance and understand failure as data, not identity.
🛡️

Shield Ninja

Belt TBD Boundaries · Self-confidence · Saying no · Peer-pressure resistance
Sparky-Mishap

The cool older ninjas dare Sparky to break a rule. He wants to fit in and goes along — even though it makes him feel terrible.

Mindy-Move

Mindy teaches the “Inner Shield.” “No” is a complete sentence. Role-play, boundary cards, I-statements.

Outcome: Children learn self-confidence, boundary-setting, and that they never need to justify a “no.”
🤝

Empathy Ninja

Belt TBD Social intelligence · Perspective-taking · Conflict resolution · I-statements
Sparky-Mishap

Sparky takes another ninja's practice sword “just to look at it real quick.” The other ninja cries and Sparky genuinely doesn't understand why.

Mindy-Move

Mindy teaches the “Mirror Trick” — putting yourself in the other person's shoes. Role-play cards and emotional reaction practice.

Outcome: Children develop emotional reading, perspective-taking, and communication using I-statements.
